Important Notes on Shipping

Our free postage option is for standard UK postage and we will alway retain proof of postage, but we strongly urge our customers to choose a signed for option, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in the post.  In this eventuality, we will supply you with a copy of the proof of posting so that you can take this matter up with the post office.  It doesn't cost that much to upgrade, but does bring additional peace of mind.

The following does not apply if you are in the UK ordering product to be dispatched via our free postage or recorded delivery options, so please checkout as normal. It is only relevant to special delivery options or to those ordering outside of the UK.

If you are ordering multiple items, we strongly urge you to email or phone first so that we can give you the lowest possible shipping cost. It will then be possible to send an email invoice or arrange for you to pay via a way preferred by yourself.

At the moment we have averaged costs out but this has not been an easy task as we have had to consider the fact that some items will be dispatched direct from one of our manufacturers and each has a different system. Naturally, this is not a problem if you are ordering from our many "in stock" items.

If you make contact first, then there is a very good chance that shipping will be lower, but we are unable to do anything about this once it has gone through the system.
